Join one of our Walking Leaders

Research shows there’s more health benefits when we walk with others. Regular walking is good for mental health, it can help to reduce stress levels, improve sleep and lower the risk of depression.  We offer free weekly walking sessions, varying the routes around Denbighshire’s countryside and coast line.  Each walks lasts approximately 2 hours and you walk at a pace comfortable to you.

Everyone aged 16+. You’ll get a warm welcome!
